February 9 2008 – Battery Boxes, Hoses and Center Wheels

Tried using tape to stop fraying, kinda worked.
Had a little trouble with fraying on the first try with the hoses.
The finished product, ready to be installed in the battery boxes.
Ended up cutting some of the inside tubing and that worked.

Had to take R2 back to the garage and flip him on his back to install the wheels.

Hate to leave the little guy on his back like this, but he will have to wait this way until I get the motor mounts installed on his outside feet.
